OPAL ONYX (5) Below standard effort when 6th last time here. Should improve. Can measure up to this company. GUS THE GREAT (8) Finished 4th last time at Townsville. Overlooking the last run and has a good draw. Has been a model of consistency this prep but back to a shorter trip. Has to be included. BELLA MATILDA (1) Unsatisfactory performance when 6th last start at this venue but gets a favourable draw. One of the hopes.
